Can I come in and buy over the counter?

Unfortunately we do not have a showroom or facilities to service walk-in sales. We do offer a Click-and-Collect service, you can place your order online and pickup from our warehouse between the hours of 7am-3pm when you receive a collection notification.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated in real time at checkout based on the contents of your cart and the shipping address. This takes into account product weight and dimensions, and whether the location being sent to is metro, regional or remote.

Our shipping cost is not calculated based on which warehouse the goods are shipped from, we use a centralised costing method and subsidise a portion of the freight cost to keep consistent pricing Australia wide.

Where do you ship?

We ship virtually anywhere in Australia. If the website is not allowing your shipping address at checkout, please contact us as it may be a simple formatting error.

Who do you ship with?

We use TNT as our primary carrier. We do not ship with Australia Post or related couriers so unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

What happens if I order a mix of In Stock and Order In products?

Usually we will split the order and dispatch what we have in stock, and send the remainder of the backordered items when they arrive in our warehouse. You can request to hold orders until all items are in stock if you prefer.

How long does shipping take?

It varies greatly based on the destination and the products ordered. Orders are usually dispatched from our warehouse in Bells Creek QLD within 24 hours for in-stock items. You can use the estimates below as a rough guide for shipping time:

  • QLD and NSW: 1-2 days
  • VIC and SA: 2-3 days
  • NT, WA and TAS: 3-10 days +

These estimates do not apply if the destination is regional or remote. Once orders leave our warehouse we have very little control over the actual shipping time. If you need a more accurate estimate of shipping time please contact us.
